Nik Harrison-Alway - MSWW

Group Managing Director

Nik Harrison-Alway brings over a decade of leadership experience in the finance industry to his role as Group Managing Director at Harrisons Private Client Solutions. Since transitioning into legal services, Nik has become a recognized expert in probate genealogy, estate administration, and property management. He leads a team of specialists who provide client-focused, personalized solutions to navigate the complexities of estate administration and property affairs.

Nik’s strong financial background, combined with his legal expertise, allows him to deliver seamless estate management services that safeguard family legacies. His leadership is driven by a commitment to professional excellence and his dedication to supporting clients through every stage of estate planning and administration.

Nik is a member of CILEX, the Society of Will Writers, the Professional Paralegal Register, and the Institute of Paralegals. Outside of work, he enjoys running, swimming, cycling, and spending time with his family, including their newest addition, Ollie the Cavapoo puppy.


Marquella Oliver

Operations Manager

Marquella Oliver brings her extensive customer service expertise from a successful career in retail to her leadership role at Harrisons Private Client Solutions. As Operations Manager, she ensures the smooth running of the team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency for the firm’s clients.

With a degree in Criminology, Marquella’s passion for learning continues to drive her professional development. She is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Operations and Department Management and is enrolled with CILEX for her future legal training.

Outside of work, Marquella enjoys staying active at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her puppy, Arlo.


Selina Laing

Customer Relationship Manager

Selina Laing joined Harrisons Private Client Solutions in 2023, bringing a diverse background in both education and finance. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer care have quickly made her an asset to the team, allowing her to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Beyond her professional role, Selina is passionate about charity work and often participates in community initiatives. She also enjoys live music and values spending quality time with her children.

Selina's focus on personalized service and her commitment to understanding clients' needs ensures a high level of satisfaction in every interaction.


Katie Arthur - LLB

Paralegal

After graduating from the University of Brighton with a first class LLB in Law, Katie was eager to kickstart my legal career and experience the day-to-day interactions of working with various clients. Currently leading the Wills and Probate team at Harrisons Private Client Solutions whereby she oversees the entire estate administration process, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, seamless coordination with clients and third parties, and have implemented estate planning products such as Will Writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney. 


Prior to joining Harrisons,  Katie volunteered at her university’s pro-bono legal clinic and worked in a law firm allowing to hone her skills in legal research, file audits, document preparation, and collaboration with a mix of individuals from all walks of life.


She has obtained industry recognition, including receiving a highly commended award for Best Newcomer Paralegal/ Practitioner of the Year at the CILEX National Paralegal Awards 2024, and continues to expand her knowledge by being a Member of the Society of Will Writers.


Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and my cockapoo Teddy, as well as exploring new destinations through travel. In the future Katie hopes to complete my SQE and one day qualify as a Solicitor.


Elena Shaw - LLB

Paralegal

Elena Shaw is a dedicated Paralegal at Harrisons Private Client Solutions, where she expertly manages a caseload of estates and drafts Wills for clients as a member of the Society of Will Writers. With a strong academic background, Elena holds a 1st Class Degree in Law and earned an A* in Law at A Level, specializing in Probate matters.

Her expertise is underscored by her outstanding academic achievement in Equity and Trusts, where she received a remarkable score of 92%.

Elena’s legal experience is diverse, having previously worked in a Family Law Firm as a Trainee Solicitor and gained invaluable insight through shadowing Criminal Prosecutors in the Homicide Unit, as well as working in Criminal Defence. This exposure has shaped her understanding of legal standards and fuels her commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients.

Currently, Elena is pursuing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and a Master’s in Law, with the goal of becoming a solicitor. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends.


Hannah Kinsella

Case Manager

Hannah joined Harrisons Private Client Solutions in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration and customer service. Leveraging these skills, she has quickly developed into an exceptional genealogist and case manager. Her attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction have made her an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her young family and staying connected with friends.


Julian Gueirrero

Assistant Case Manager

Julian is a Case Manager at Harrisons Private Client Solutions, focusing on customer service and research to ensure the best outcomes for clients. With a background in Business Management, Julian brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to the role, managing cases and resolving customer issues effectively. Julian plays a key part in improving the client experience and supporting the team’s success. Believing in the importance of clear communication and efficiency, Julian is dedicated to providing excellent service and streamlining processes. Outside of work, Julian enjoys exploring new destinations, staying active with sports, and keeping up with financial trends.


Lara Rawson - LLB

Client Care Officer

Lara Rawson is a Client Care Officer here at Harrisons. She works in the Genealogy department, providing personable contact with our current client base and prospective clients alike. She gained from extensive customer service experience working in the Hospitality sector and as a student adviser in her University’s Pro Bono Law Clinic. Lara has an Undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics and she is currently studying MA Law at the University of Law. When she is not at the office, Lara enjoys film photography and the occasional squash game.


Kylie Hudson

Senior Case Manager

Kylie has been a vital part of Harrisons Private Client Solutions since 2018, leading the North West Office on the Wirral. In her role, she specializes in researching family trees and serves as a key point of contact for clients in intestate cases.

Kylie holds a BA (Combined Hons) in Psychology and Sociology from Liverpool Hope University, which equips her with a deep understanding of family dynamics—an invaluable asset in her work. Prior to joining Harrisons, she gained experience in the retail sector and spent four years volunteering at a youth centre for 12-17 year olds, during which she completed courses in “Safeguarding & Child Protection” and “Dealing with Aggressive Behaviour.”

Outside of work, Kylie is a devoted mother to a lively toddler and often finds herself dressed as Marvel characters at her son’s request. She enjoys spending time with her family and partner, as well as hosting board game nights with friends.


Adam Rose

Senior Case Manager

Adam Rose is a Client Care Officer in the Property Department, joining the team in March 2024. He ensures smooth communication and provides strong customer support, particularly enjoying the challenge of solving issues that arise in property management.


In addition to his current role, Adam has contributed to Pumpkins Wildlife Hospital, an animal charity where he has helped care for and rehabilitate wildlife. He holds an Art Foundation qualification, and in his free time, enjoys painting and printmaking.

Adam looks forward to further enhancing his skills in property management and supporting the growth and development of his team.


Neve Robinson-Lah LLB

Client Care Officer

Neve Robinson-Lah is a Client Care Officer with a strong background in law and customer service. Holding an LLB from the University of Kent and currently pursuing an LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law, she has passed SQE1 and was awarded the 2023/24 Campus Dean Award for academic excellence. With over three years of customer service experience, Neve is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. Outside of work, she has competed nationally in cheerleading and is an avid fan of horror films. Neve’s ultimate goal is to qualify as a solicitor, combining her legal expertise and client care experience to provide exceptional legal support


Mark Nappin

Head of Property

Mark Nappin leads Harrisons Property Solutions as Head of Property, overseeing the company’s property management and sales services. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mark brings extensive expertise in property management, estate agency operations, and complex cases such as probate and Court of Protection matters. Under his leadership, Mark ensures his team delivers exceptional property services to clients across the UK, while also spearheading strategic partnerships to expand the firm's market presence.

Before joining Harrisons, Mark held senior roles at several prominent real estate firms, where he gained expertise in property sales, valuation, asset management, and client relations. He is known for his client-centric approach, combining traditional property knowledge with modern technology to achieve outstanding results. Mark is especially passionate about guiding clients through sensitive property matters, such as probate and Court of Protection cases, with care and professionalism.

Outside of work, Mark is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his young family. He is an avid numismatist, foot golfer, golfer, and a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter, following in his grandfather's footsteps. Mark also volunteers as a mentor, helping young professionals navigate the real estate industry.
