Our Fees

We have taken the time to compile a price list and fee options of our main services.  If the service you require does not appear on this list please contact our offices for a bespoke quote.

Beneficiary Contingency

Preferred option for intestacies where there are no known kin or an appointed administrator. This option requires no formal instruction.  Our fee is paid through a share of the estate  that the beneficiaries we trace receive. This is agreed via an agreement individually with those beneficiaries traced by us.  We are paid  direct from the estate and are not paid for those we do not find. 

Time Spent


We offer a research on a Time Spent basis.  This is often the best option when some information is known. We can work to an agreed budget in advance and report back once this has expired. 

Complex cases can take lots of time and payment is required irrespective of results.

Fixed Fee



Our services can be undertaken on a fixed fee option.  This option enables an initial assessment of the research or service required to be made and a quote generated in advance of any research being undertaken. 

This enables a report date to be set and the easy planning of a budget for costs
